For the sale of goods via the company’s own online shop.

I. General

1. The following conditions apply only for the sale of products from Geha Mühlen GmbH & Co. Produktions KG via the company’s own online shop. For any direct sales not agreed via the online shop, the general terms and conditions of payment and delivery will apply.
2. Sales via the online shop will be exclusively to end consumers.
3. The purchaser automatically acknowledges and accepts all following conditions with completion of the order form.

II. Delivery and Payment Conditions

1. Any orders only become legally binding once we have confirmed them in writing or when they have been completely fulfilled.
2. The purchaser will be provided with an individual quotation for deliveries outside Germany.
3. The payment of the ordered products has to be made by prepayment. You receive the products plus the respective forwarding costs.
4. The forwarding costs lump sum will be calculated following the respective rate. You will be informed immediately after your placed order.
5. The ordered products we will supply immediately after the incoming invoice amount has arrived on our companies account:

III. Guarantee, Compensation

1. The purchaser has to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and check for any external visible faults.
2. Any complaints or faults concerning the goods supplied will only be considered, if these are received in the form of a written statement within 10 days after delivery of the goods.
3. Complaints regarding hidden faults are to be advised immediately upon identification, at the latest however within 10 weeks after delivery. Written evidence and receipts are to be forwarded with the claim.
4. Should the goods be faulty, we will comply with the guarantee obligations of our choice, i.e. replacement delivery or compensation. Inasmuch as this is legally permissible, our obligations, no matter on what legal basis, will be limited to the relevant invoice amount for the pertinent goods and quantities.

IV. Court Jurisdiction, Place of Completion, Decree

1. German law is valid.
2. Court jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with this contract remains with the District Court of Bautzen.
3. Place of Completion is the seat of Geha Mühlen GmbH & Co. Prod. KG.
4. Should one item from these Terms and Conditions of Business, or parts of the same, become obsolete or invalid, all other items will remain binding.
