This package contains:
- 491 g bread mix
- 9 g Instant-Yeast-Plus
|
To be added:
- approx. 315 ml lukewarm water
|
Preparation:
- Place the bread mix into a bowl, mix the yeast in evenly whilst stirring, add the lukewarm water and knead the dough for at least 5 minutes using the dough hook of the electric mixer set at highest speed.
- Place the bowl in a warm location and allow the dough to rest for around 30 minutes. Then knead the dough hard, form it into a round or oval shape, or place it into a loaf tin (28 cms long) before leaving it to rise for around 40-50 minutes under a damp cloth in a warm place.
- Cut into the top using a knife and top with flour, oat flakes or oil seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 220-230 ° C and place a bowl with water into the oven. Start the bread off for around 10 minutes at 220-230 ° C, then turn the oven down to 200 ° C and continue to bake for a further 45-50 minutes.
- Processing in your electric bread-maker:
* Place 315-320 ml water into the baking form, empty the packet of bread mix onto the water and spread the yeast over the bread mix. Continue as per normal baking process. Please adhere to the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the operation and safe use of the device.
