This package contains:
- 400 g basic mix
- 9 g Instant-Yeast-Plus with emulgator E 472 C
|
To be added:
- 150 ml lukewarm milk or water
- 1 egg
- 100 g margarine
|
Preparation:
- Place the basic mix into a bowl, stir in the yeast evenly. Add the lukewarm milk, the egg and the softened margarine. Mix everything into a smooth dough and continue as per selected recipe.
- Cover the raw cakes and place in a warm location to rise for around 45 minutes. Bake on the middle shelf in a preheated oven.
