This package contains:
  • 400 g basic mix
  • 9 g Instant-Yeast-Plus with emulgator E 472 C
To be added:
  • 150 ml lukewarm milk or water
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g margarine
Preparation:
  • Place the basic mix into a bowl, stir in the yeast evenly. Add the lukewarm milk, the egg and the softened margarine. Mix everything into a smooth dough and continue as per selected recipe.
  • Cover the raw cakes and place in a warm location to rise for around 45 minutes. Bake on the middle shelf in a preheated oven.
