A delicate, wonderfully tangy yoghurt-strawberry gateau, with real strawberry pieces in the strawberry-yoghurt crème filling. Preparation of the cake is effortless and uncomplicated using our cake mix, with a very special finishing touch supplied in the form of the edible roses.

Almond Honey Cake

A honey/almond slab cake with all the attributes of the yeast- based delicacy, without the effort needed when using yeast. The crème filling is easily prepared with a whisk, tastes like a butter crème, although it is lighter and more digestible. Almonds have to be folded into the honeybee mix to produce the characteristic topping.

Fruit Flan and Madeira Cake

The packet contains two pouches each containing 250 g. This is optimal for cake bases which are soften than shortbread, but not as soft and porous as biscuit.
Due to the content, the mix can also be used for Madeira or sponge cakes, and the delicate taste means that all variations of fruit can be used in the preparation.

Content: 2 x 250 g; sufficient for 2 flan bases with spring baking form Ø 26 cm or 2 sponge cakes in 25 cm tins.

Pancakes

This baking mix contains all ingredients and, when mixed with water, is ready for cooking – only take the quantity you need from the packet each time.
As this mix contains no sugar, it is ideal for use in diabetic diets.
