This package contains:
  • 250 g basic mix
To be added:
  • 1/8 l cold water
  • Sufficient for 3-4 portions
Preparation:
  • Knead the content of the bag to a dough with 1/8 l of cold water or mineral water and form into one or two rolls. Leave to rest for 4-5 minutes and then steam or boil for around 25 minutes in salted water. Then allow to rest for 4 minutes. Cut the cooked dumpling roll into 1 cm slices using a crossed thread, so that the dumpling does not squash but remains light and fluffy.
  • The mixture can be refined using an egg and less water.
