This package contains:
- 200 g cake mix, 120 g crème filling, 115 g chocolate crème
|
To be added:
- Dough: 60 g butter or margarine, 3 eggs, 3 dessert spoons of milk or cherry juice, 1 jar of morello cherries (sieved weight 350 g)
- Filling: 600 ml whipping cream (3 tubs), 3 teaspoons of sugar

Preparation:
- Put the cake mix, fat, eggs and milk into a bowl and mix for about 3 minutes using a hand mixer or electric mixer on the highest setting until the mixture is creamy.
- Grease half of a baking sheet, or line it with baking paper, form a division using aluminium foil. Alternative use a round baking tin. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet evenly. Sieve the cherries and spread these over the mixture. Place the baking sheet onto the middle shelf of the even and bake.
- Whip the crème powder with the whipping cream and the sugar to a stiff mixture and then spread over the cooled cake.
- Darm the pouch of chocolate in a water (not boiling water) until the chocolate cream has melted. Remove the pouch, cut off one corner, then spread the chocolate cream carefully over the cake using a brush or palette knife.
- Keep the cake cool.
