Preparation:
- Knead the baking mix, butter and egg to a smooth dough and then chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a cookie cutter or simply form the dough into a roll, chill again and then cut into 5 mm slices.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet greased or lined with greased baking paper and bake in a preheated oven.
- If no decoration or topping is required, the nut crunches can be brushed with milk to achieve a beautiful gold-brown shiny finish.
