This package contains:
  • 250 g baking mix
  • Sufficient for approx. 120 orange biscuits
To be added:
  • 70 ml water
  • 2 eggs (medium size)
Preparation:
  • Place the baking max, water and eggs in a bowl and beat for around 5 minutes using a hand mixer or electric mixer with whisk, until the mixture forms a peak.
  • Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Using a teaspoon scoop up small amounts of mixture (walnut size) and using a second teaspoon place the mixture on the sheet at about 6 cm intervals. Alternative use a piping bag, keeping to the same gap between the biscuits to allow for spreading.
  • Bake the biscuits, allow them to cool completely and then remove carefully from the baking paper.
