This package contains:
  • 250 g baking mix for the light dough
  • 250 g baking mix for the dark dough
To be added:
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks (use egg whites for glazing the biscuits)
Preparation:
  • Knead the light and the dark baking mixes separately each with 100 g butter and 1 egg yolk until the dough is smooth and glossy. Leave both dough types to rest for around 30 minutes in a cool place. The dough can be prepared the previous day.
  • Continue as per selected recipe.
