- Sufficient for around 90 biscuits

Preparation:
- Knead the mix, butter and egg to a smooth dough and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes in a cool place.
- Roll out the dough and cut using cookie cutters. If you have time constraints, just form the dough into a roll and cut it into 5 mm slices.
- Grease a baking sheet or line with greased baking paper. Place the biscuits onto the baking sheet and bake for around 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
Brush the biscuits before taking with condensed milk to obtain a lovely glaze.
