This package contains:
- 420 g baking mix
- 80 g honeybee mix
- Sufficient for around 70 biscuits

To be added:
- 120 g butter
- 1 egg
- 100 g almonds (sliced)

Preparation:
- Knead the mix, butter and egg to a smooth dough and leave to rest in a cool place. When the dough is cool, it can be handled more easily. Cut the dough into shapes using cookie cutters, or, alternatively, form into a roll and place this in the freezer for at least ½ hour. Cut the unfrozen dough roll into thin slices (around 0.3 cm thick). Grease a baking sheet or line it with greased baking paper. Place the biscuits onto the sheet.
- Place the almonds in a bowl, moisten with 1 teaspoon of water and mix with the honeybee mix.
- Using two small spoons, scoop out small heaps of almond mix and spread these on the biscuits.
- Bake the biscuits on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for around 10 – 15 minutes..
